The video Hägring (mirage) is a slide show of still images that document the modern objects exhibited in the design hall of the National Museum of Stockholm. The video alludes to ideas, such as progress, democracy, etc. that are related to the design of modern objects.  International promotion of modern culture was functional for the worldwide circulation of objects produced by industry and the cultural elites of countries, such as Venezuela, imported these objects as a way to achieve the modern ideals.
