The series of photographs Variación entrópica explores the surface of the buildings of the Universidad Central de Venezuela, an important example of Latin America's modern architecture designed by Carlos Raúl Villanueva between 1944-1960. The photographs were taken in 2010 and document the ruin of tiles that composes the mosaic that cover the facades. Each image shows different compositions created by the empty spaces that introduces the idea of entropy in the formal model of the grid.
